We want you to be happy with everything you order at Spiritual Whimsy and stand behind our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, exchanges and returns are gladly accepted within 15 days of the shipping date for merchandise purchased on this site if it has not been worn, altered or washed and all tags are attached.Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, except in the case of defective merchandise in which Spiritual Whimsy will pay for return shipping. A carrier that can provide tracking and insurance is recommended for your protection in the event of loss or damage. For an exchange, please include a note letting us know what item you would like us to ship you. As a courtesy to our customers, we will waive the outbound shipping charges on your exchange.
